Meet the Board is a new feature wherein we’ll share a bit more about the IMLA board members. We’d like to be more than just a bunch of pretty faces.
I have lived in Idaho for almost my entire life. In fact, I joke with my friends and family that I am “born, bred, and tater fed.” I am a two-time graduate from Northwest Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History Education and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership. Education is in my blood: my father is a superintendent, and a former principal and high school science teacher, my mother is a counselor and elementary teacher and my little sister is a fourth grade teacher. I love my job and I love working with the Eagle Middle staff and our children. I never thought I would work in middle school. Now I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
